If I could give this company a negative 0 I would. My family has purchased ATV's from this company and all of them have broken down. We purchased them in april and haven't even had them 5 months. The one I was going to use as mine, broke down within 5 hours of riding them. When this company was contacted regarding warranty issues, they kept stalling, wouldn't respond to emails in a timely fashion, etc. Finally this Mr. John Wu told us that we had obviously abused these machines and wanted pictures of them. ( Let me remind you that they were ridden less than 5 hours). I have kept all the emails starting in may, it is now the beginning of Oct. and we still don't have all the warrantied parts. This John said he would have the parts shipped from China. Well, the plastic front fender was shipped and we receieved it, but nothing else. Tomoto blames it on the delivery company. We all know how easy it is to make a fake packing slip and put it in a box and ship it away. This company sells cheap, POOR quality atvs. They rip off the people they sell them to. I will never own another one, and will certainly never recommend this product to anyone. The people that I have let look at my ATV have stated that this company uses inferior materials. They weld plastic together and think that it is not going to break. All their pieces are plastic and if you try and get replacement parts from a reputable atv dealer, they just laugh at you and tell you that you were a sucker for buying it. This company only offers you a 6month warranty. It takes longer than that to get a part from them. So if something goes wrong in the first few days and you can't ride it, plan on it taking over 6 months to get the part and by the time you figure out what else may be wrong with it, your warranty is up.
