I found this company to be unethical, unprofessional in caring out service according to our contract.
The company allowed a tenant that did not pay rent on time consistently to remain on the property. After terminating my service with this company, I was able to evict the tenants within 30 days after not paying for 3 consective months. When I went to the property, it appeared that the tenants lived worse than dogs. It will cost me at least $10K of cosmetic construction work to have the place habitable for someone else. NO EXAGGERATION.
