Complaint specifically against Nail Forum in Stevenson Ranch. They did not make the additional charges clear when they added "services", especially as there is oftentimes a language barrier. The $39.00 expected bill (not including a tip) resulted in a $75.00 bill! When I spoke with one of the managers, she seemed unconcerned & insisted that her workers always make it perfectly clear. After all the additional services & prior to the manicure & pedicure (which is what was requested initially),they demanded payment.
