Brian Harper from the mediation group handled our loan with Nationstar Morgate llc. He told us to stop making payment to nationstar for 3 months. After he negociated with nationstar then he told us this company agree to modify our loan if we agree to pay them the 3 payments we missed, total $3964.11. Brian harper forced us to give him the $3964.11 then he'll pay the nationstar or else his company won't responsible if the loan didn't go through. We gave him the money. Now the nationstar added $3964.11 on top of our new loan and said that they didn't receive any money from the mediation group at all. Also, after we found out about this, we can no longer talk to brian any more. He is either busy or not in office. The Mediation group sent us a receipt said the $3964.11 is a modification fee, but Nationstar said there is no fee for this modification at all. The mediation group is a big scammer.
