I had a great experience with this group....Mr Deighan is licensed as an attorney and he is in NJ. They are not handling loan modifications in California, I do not believe. I am in Washington and the firm was great...I got an approval and they advised me to try and get an even better one and they got it for me!! 2% fixed mortgage and forgiveness of $21,000 in arrearage.
