I have had numerous exchanges with Mr Travis Whiteside, and have found him on every occasion to be helpful, pro-active, and immediately responsive. Like many, I did not initially have a good understanding of the limits of the promotion/enlistment role, and blamed the Credit Exchange for every frustration I encountered, which can be many. I eventually found that the bulk of the responsibility early-on shifts to other inter-related companies for actual execution, and these are not necessarily readily available to the clients nor do they nesessarily keep the clients informed of what is going on. With Mr Whiteside's help we have achieved a level of information feedback from these action components which is more satisfactory, but it required some diligence. I have only good impressions of Mr Whiteside's actions on my behalf, and propose that the Credit Exchange has taken the rap for inefficiencies amongst the other players, who may be somewhat under his influence, but are not under his control.
