I just set up an account with this company and have been very please with my interaction with them. The employee I worked with, John Hardacre, was very thorough and diligent about making sure I understood exactly what amount was being taken out of my account, what it's for, and even had someone verify with me this information to be sure he did his job correctly, and I was aware of everything. They even have it set up where you can view and verify the information on-line while they're on the phone with you. In my opinion, it's up to each of us to protect ourselves as consumers and ask questions when necessary. They covered all of their bases as far as I'm concerned. Nothing I've read in these reviews is suprising to me other than they're so negative. My experience was a positive one....and no, I'm not am employee or married to one. :-) I guess time tells all but I feel a tremendous buren has been lifted off my shoulders. And, by the way, what reasonable person would sign up for $850 bi-weekly payments anyway. Bi-weekly wasn't an option for me and besides, if I can't pay my normal bills, why pay so much so frequently. To each his own, I guess.
