The Continental Group is absolutely the worst property management company you could possibly choose to manage your association. We had them as our manager for about 9 months and had to cut all ties with them as soon as we possible could. The array of mistakes and bad customer service went all the way from the bottom to the top of the company. The upper level executives of this company even treated us as garbage when we tried to resolve issues that they caused. Some examples of problems that occured while they worked for us are complete disregard of phone calls and emails not only from owners but also the board, signing contracts on our behalf without board review that were rediculously priced and out of their contracted price range to approve, accounting was constantly wrong especially the owners' individual accounts, they cashed checks from owners but never credited the payment to the association and their explanation was they didn't know where it went or how to fix it, our taxes were not filed for over 3 years and it was never brought to our attention....the list could go on and on. Even when they turned over our association documents to our new property managment company it was just a bunch of boxes with stuff randomly shoved inside. The majority of our cruitial docs were missing and their only response is that they don't know what they did with them.
Unless you absolutely just want to waste money you would not be in your right mind to hire this company.
