We started the process for loan modification back in Oct 2009, at the beginning they were very prompt to answer questions and phone calls. For the last 2 months or so I've been calling and leaving messages and nobody has call back; and today Nov. 29/10 all the numbers I have are been disconnected!!!!
What's going on with these people??, why they play with us like that??. This is our HOME we're talking about!!!
Can anybody do anything?? What about the BBB???
