WE received a letter that seemed to be accurate in a debt my husband owed...yet when I tried to contact the number printed on the bill it went to some automated offer listing, " if I wanted to hear my horoscope...blah blah blah.." I checked the number to the letter send multiple times and I dialed the right number. I will not settle our debt with this company...Where would my money be going and would the debt actually be paid off and be removed from the credit report?
