Easy to balance with life
|
Being a college student, I was happy to see a part time job that offered $17/hr. It also fit with my school schedule, and allowed me to work on the weekend. The training was long (3-4 hours), but it was mainly because people kept asking the same questions over and over. I was appreciative that the company allowed me to work off my fingerprinting fees taken at orientation throughout my tutoring (something that I couldn’t pay for on my own outside of the job). There are other things that I feel the company could improve on, but I think that happens with any job.
