I was hired by The Academic Advantage at the end of January to help students in my area through the No Child Left Behind program. Training lasted two days, 4-5 hours each time. Both trainers were very friendly and helped me understand the importance of
filling out my monthly paperwork. I am a perfectionist, but even I made a few mistakes on my submissions. The reps from the Invoicing department patiently explained how I could fix my mistakes each time so that my payment wouldn’t be delayed any further. It
must be difficult to work with government entities, which is why the company has to be so “by the books”. My ex-husband worked for an educational government agency and he would be stressed about getting everything done accurately. I'm a big follower of rules
because of him. I would work for this company again.
