Lied to/Mislead
|
After finding a vehicle thru Texan Dodge website and filling out the credit application online May 25,2016 I was contacted May 26, 2016 by one of their salesmen. I sent that salesmen the exact Jeep along with the VIN, Model and their stock number and explained to him that in order for me to move forward I wanted my payment at $590 no more than $600 and I had to have pay off on my current vehicle. The same salesmen replied to me that could be done and when could I come in for a test drive. I replied back: Have I been pre-approved to purchase this vehicle because I do not want to waste my time nor your time. He and Danny Arnold reply back with Yes ma'am you have been pre-approved we just have to do the final interview. I get call after call from that point forward wanting to know when I can come in. So finally on Monday May 30, 2016 Laura calls me from Texan Dodge wanting to set up an appointment for Angel the salesmen. Appointment set for 12:15. I get there and had to wait on him for 20 minutes. And then everything went south. At 3pm I left with no Jeep because I had been lied to just to get me in the door. During the day even after leaving the dealership I never talked to the same twice, I was never given anyones business card and the sales manager Juan lied to me. People were introduced to me that I later found out from Juan were not who they were introduced as. Juan also said he had my entire deal pulled up looking over it and could not understand why the deal did not get closed with the purchase of that Jeep. So not only was I lied to by several people at Texan Dodge now they have pulled my credit on May 27, 2016 they knew what my credit was and what the price of the Jeep was, They new what could be done and what could not be done. So now I have a hard inquiry on my credit score and no Jeep. My credit is not the best in the world but it is not bad either. I was able to get a interest rate of 6.5% per Juan the Sales Manager.
