I had purchased a property from this company at La Vista Chapala Country Club, it was false advertising. I went to the Public Regestry in Chapala and the land was resold to Raul Bustamantes and other. After Mr. Pablo Bustamantes disappear and took our money he made gets one attorney and than another and he just uses them buying time. I had reported him with different agencies and they closed my case because the property is not in their jurisdiction because the property is in Mexico. But I have good news, the Office of the Attorney General of Mexico PGR PROCURADURIA GENERAL DE LA REPUBLICA located here at 3701 Wilshire Blvd. Ste. 1111 Los Angeles, CA 90010 Tel. 213-386-1757 attn: Lic. Alejandra Cano will take your complaint and they will take action in Mexico, this is the Mexican Authority who takes complaints here in California and you don't have to go to Mexico to make your complaint, but call first to make your appoitment.
