I got a call from John and fell for the line about having a buyer for my timeshare. I gave my money as he said their attorney would also get my money back from Primer Timeshare sellers and I was very happy about that. This was in Feb 2010. I called in Mar and Apr was able to get through. However was told it was in escrow and would end in early May. I told them that I was told by the person I signed up with that it would close in April. That at that time told me the selling agent did not know what he was talking about as he is only a seller and not the escrow department. I called the middle of May and could not get through after leaving upteen messages to call back as all I got was voice message. I called all of June and July her it is Sep and still can not get through and got no money.
Don't get caught but this scam as I did.
