A person by the name of Eric called from TS Luxury Group. The address is 8927 Hypoluxo Rd/suite A4/Lakeworth Florida/33467, customer svc# 877 730-4978. He said that he had a buyer for my timeshare for the price of $14,400.00 and that they would get the money back $1287.00 that I paid to Creative Vacation Solution and that the buyer would buy the banked weeks that I have @ $2000.00/wk. I will have to give them $1997.00 to set up an escrow account which would be returned to me after the sell,also the payment for the timeshare would go into that account and that no transfer of deed would occur until after I receive my check and it clears out of the escrow account. I told him that I did not have that kind of money and he gave me his discount which brought it down to $999.00 and that was the best that he could do and that I would be getting back the $999 + the amount for the sell of my timeshare. I told him that I still do not have the $999 and he said that he really wanted to grt my timeshare sold, and that he knew that I could use the money and I continued to tell him that I don't have the money and he told me that that is why he gave me all his information and that if in the near future I see where I can come up with the money to give him a calland that If I am not interested that he is sure that he would be able to fined his buyers another property but he is giving me first choice. He told me to have a good evening and weekend and that he woukd talk to me soon. In the past I also gave Escape to Paradise $100.00, Vacation Property resale "buy a timeshare" $500.00 and BML Marketing $599.00 to sell my timeshare and it has not been sold and I just decided that it was an expensive lessin for me. I had also recently given someone named Jason Lakewood who were with Timeshare Mega Media/Marketing $299.00 and he lied and was supposed to send my payment of 13,900 by cashiers check by courier on 12/17/09 and that never happened and when I tried calling him he was never in or at his desk, once I did get him on his cell phone and he had the nerve to lie and say that he was someon else and would give jason the message. After that I was a little nutty agian and gave
American Marketing Group $999.00 and they said that the had a buyer for my timeshare, I was dealing with someone named Michelle and she had told me that they do not keep the money that I would get it back and if at any time I asked her for my money back that she would give it to me. I was called by someone from Palm Beach County Sheriff Office stating that AMG was a scam and to contack my local police dept and my bank to try to get my money back and that she would do what she could to help. I went online and looked up the telephoine# for the Sheriffs dept., I called them and was given the number and web address for their dept of agriculture for the state of Florida who is investigating frau by these marketing companies that claim they can sell your timeshare for you and you can lodge a complaint with them. The website is www.800helpfla.com. telephone# 850 488-2221 (cosumer svcs). Hope that this information can help. I called Michelle back and asked for my money back and she kept her word and did refund my $999.00 back.
