I was called by a representative of TS Luxury on 12/24/09. He told me his company had been contacted by the Florida State Department of Consumer Services to resolve issues with a company named Premier Timeshare Solutions (PTS) who had gone out of business. As I had been trying for months to get PTS to perform on their contract and had no success with that, I was interested is what TS Luxury could do. I agreed to pay the retainer fee to TS Luxury. I was told a validating phone call would be made and a contract would be mailed via overnight mail. The call did not come. The contract did not arrive. I called the Department of Consumer Services and was told that they would not contact a company to perform the function TS Luxury suggested. I subsequently cancelled my credit card after confirming the charge had not been made. The TS Luxury representative subsequently contacted me and told me they had not been able to get an answer on my telephone and that they would like to start over. I told him what the State had said and that I would not give his company any money as he had misrepresented information to me.
