I just started working for this company a few weeks ago. I have learned a lot from this program. The one thing I can say is that Evan Salvador and Elizabeth Gelb have done everything they said they would do. I started in the Marketing phase, moved on to Training and Leadership Skills, and I just started the Management and Administrative phase. I am so excited to get promoted into my own Distribution Center. I have seen one office get promoted to Hayward since I started. Thanks to Synergy Expansion my career is going in the right direction.
