Hi All,
Thank you all for the great reviews. I'm very grateful to see many people that have achieved success with Synergy Expansion decided to share their experience with this online forum. Normally, I have no interest responding to negative posts since most of those are incredibly exaggerated and in some cases completely false. There are malcontents for every company out there. However, I was notified of the last post by Fred C. from a loyal customer. I felt like I should probably attempt to clear this up.
Unfortunately, I don't remember anyone named Fred C. working with our company. I would certainly remember any person who sold 700 units within a month all by themselves considering the average individual will move about 200-250 units per month. I don't even know how it is possible to move 700 units when you claim that you only received 5 units at a time. It is safe to say, both you and I know that is a completely exaggerated number you posted here and it's not even close to the truth.
Also, I'd like to make very clear that NO ONE is ever just dropped off in a parking lot, let alone a Walmart parking lot, to sell our fragrances. That is absolutely ridiculous. Some distributors choose, completely on their own, to work that way. I do not advocate that method of sales at all. We have always taught others the way I was taught 9 years ago. Our preferred method is business to business(B2B), or if a distributor is experienced enough and knows the right people, we can create accounts with small independent retailers.
Essentially, we believe distributors or managers, that we are working with to open a new location, should work in any way that makes them most comfortable. Some distributors voiced their opinions to me. It is clear that some are just incredibly uncomfortable working B2B. That is up to them and I have no problem with that. I would NEVER force anyone to work in a way that would make them uncomfortable. We never tell anyone how they should work, that's is up to individual.
Regarding the new locations we're working to open, it is silly to think that just because you can sell some products automatically entitles you to a new location. Even if you did sell 700 units in 1 month, which we both know is completely false, there is much more to running a location. It is very rare when someone gets an office in 30-40 days. It usually takes about 60-90 days. Some take a little longer, some a little shorter.
Lastly, no one ever said anything about making $7 a bottle that's sold. I really have no idea where that number came from. You may want to go back to your notes if you bothered to take any. I find it inappropriate that someone has to resort to a physically violent threat on an online forum. It is totally unnecessary and rather immature.
I'm sincerely sorry you were displeased with our company. It is not for everyone just like working as a shoe retailer isn't for everyone. Please be advised that anyone who completes our optional program is given keys to their location. That is a fact. Albeit a small office, it's still an office nonetheless.
If anyone has any questions please visit our website: www.synergyexpansion.com. Feel free to contact us through our contact page.
Sincerely,
Evan
P.S. - I'm sorry that I don't live up to your standards on what a regional manager should be wearing. I was told, when I first started with the company, I could dress however I like when I run a branch as long as it is appropriate. I feel that it is appropriate and very comfortable.
