We chose Lotus Garden from Swami International Communities to stay. It was good for the first months. When 2013 kicked in, we already got a new manager. Her performance is inconsistent. Roaches infested with a higher frequency after pests inspection. Leaking
after bathroom maintenance. Recently, the company raised the rent to $1575 for a 3bed/2bath but obviously the living quality here is now not worth paying too much of high price. I got a feeling they'll keep raising the rent every 6 months and it is barely
affordable. This morning, they cut water without noticing beforehand. Also, the maintenance is getting worse, slow, and rare. I sent out messages and patiently waiting for responses.
