Terrible customer service! I made an appointment with this company for someone to come to my home to evaluate how to seal some travertine tile. No one showed up on the scheduled date, and no one called to let me know the appointment needed to be cancelled. When I called the company, the representative I spoke with stated they would look into the problem and return my call, but she never called. So I called the company AGAIN and someone told me that the Sureshine representative was unable to come to my home and that the appointment should be cancelled.
I called the company again and spoke with a manger and asked if they could find another representative to come to my house to inspect my tile. The manager said she would look into this and would return my call. That was 2 months ago and she never returned my call.
Alas, terrible customer service! No show, no phone call to let me know the appt needed to be cancelled, and no return call for rescheduling. What a waste of my time.
