This apartment was one of the worst managed apartments I’ve ever experienced. Management was lazy. Maintenance never fixed anything. I lived at 1051 S Wooster for 4 years.. We had to withhold rent multiple times in order for them to fix anything. The windows are terrible, old and slam shut when opened. Safety hazard. Ophir, one of the property managers shoulder checked me, I filed a police report on him. The front door was broken and they never replaced it, just shaved the side so it would shut yet it continued to swell cause the heat and hard to lock at night.. They argued it was normal for spiders to dangle from the ceiling HOLE above the stove. The walls are so thin, I didn’t sleep for 8 months straight because the neighbor’s upstairs would party every night to the point where management did nothing about it.
