It is impossible to get in contact with Mr. Yanir Stein. The management company that is working for him on Victor Ave. are very unprofessional. He does not come out to check on his property and things are falling apart. Araceli Alvarado is the property manager and has no idea how to manage the building. It takes months of complaining to get anything fix and then they want to charge you. Araceli’s attitude and lack of management skills causes a lot of drama and tension in our apartments. She is very unprofessional when dealing with matters. She takes things personally and deals with the building as if she owns it, making up rules as she goes along and becomes vindictive.
We are paying for amenities that we do not have, such as security, the front door has been broken for almost a year and the security camera's are broken, with no notice given to the tenants. Per Araceli, "she doesn't have to tell us anything", and she doesn't. I was told if I didn't like it, to move out! There are already 4 vacancies, but only since she has been on this property. It was ran well before she came in. Many tenants can and testify to the same.
