I received a couple solicitations from this company. At first they were very responsive. After I paid the 2995 this slowed down tremendously. My bank did not want to work with the company. I started sending my paperwork directly to the bank. I also began getting conflicting information from my lender and Solutions Now. I have had two other two agents working my account. I have not gotten a call back in a month. Alex referred me to the "Manager" and he has told me he was going to call me back over 3 weeks ago. I just called the company on 19 May 2010 they asked me what my name was paused and said someone will call me back.
My loan modification was denied with my bank and they insisted on I keep trying. It has been at least 8 months since I have hired this company. Two months since my loan modification was denied. They promised money back guarantee. That was the only reason I paid for service.
Communication is key and they have left me out to dry. They don't deserve a star at all.
I am going to sue the company. They should not be in business!!!
