I have been working with Sobak Financial for a little more than a year on a Loan Modification for my home. The fees were fully explained at the onset, I paid for the forensic audit and as my final modification is being processed I will be paying the remaining balance once it is fully executed. My experience with Sobak has been very positive. We have been approved for a final loan modification that has literally cut our mortgage payment by 50%, making it possible for us to stay in our home. The loan modification process is unfortunately very frustrating, slow and painstaking but thanks to Sobak it was a minimal stress to my husband and myself. They were able to put my mind at ease when the bank would frustrate and confuse me or inundate me with collection calls. As a result I had the bank call Sobak to handle all matters. INVALUABLE help to me! I don't know how people handle the banks on their own.
