I ordered smoking stick on Sept. 15, then I found this site. I called their customer service on Sept 17 and was told that my order had shipped on the 16th; still worried about the complaints, I called again on Sept. 20 and was told that my order shipped on the 17th. I called yet again on the 20th and was told that they couldn't access internet orders from the customer service computers and that I should email support services. I then email support services and "Tony". Today is Sept. 30 and I still haven't received the product and support services have talked in circles about back orders, but have yet to tell me when or if my order has shipped. I have received no response from "Tony". If my product is not here today, I will be contacting the BBB and local law enforcement to proceed with fraud charges.
