It looks like I'm in the same boat as everyone else. I received their "14 day trial" and returned it within the 14 days. When I received my statement I saw that I was still charged the $99.02. I called and was told they received the cigarette and was given a refund code number and told I would see the refund in 3 to 5 business days. That was over 2 weeks ago and now they're saying they never received it. So I'm out $100 for nothing !!!
