I was a client and I lost my house while working with them but I was already aware that this could happen since I signed up when I was already in foreclosure. I spoke with the attorney and he basically told me straightforward that there was a chance I had gone into it too late. I would imagine you should have requested a refund before going on here and slandering them however maybe if they do not check with this site regularly they would still be willing to give you back a full or partial refund before they see this. I got a partial refund sent 2 days after my house sold but like I said I already knew there was a chance I would lose my home seeing as how I hadnt been paying my mortgage that is always an unfortunate possibility but I didnt have any problems with them other than that. I would give calling them a try just ask for accounting I thinkg her name is Christina.
