At first I was unsure about this company. I was worried that if I gave them their retainer fee, that I would get nothing done. However, I signed my new mortgage papers a few days ago. It only took 45 days. It cut my mortgage payment by almost 50% and my interest rate is fixed at 2.75% for 30 years. The only complaint I have is, it takes some time to get a hold of someone, when you need them, but they always got back with me. Overall, this was a great deal. I recommend this to anyone who wants to improve your mortgage terms.
