This company was a life saver. They were able to modify my mortgage with Bank of America in a little over 2 months and now I am paying a monthly payment that is about half of what is was previously. And my interest rate was 9% and now I have a 4% fixed for the term. I recommend this to anyone who wants a better mortgage payment from their bank!
