Simply Rest is a Fraud

Worst retail experience of my life. The money back guarantee is a scam, the bed was like something you buy to put in a tent, and the customer service was terrible. They said they ship in 48 hours, but they did not. They lied and said their computers were down. They claim to have a hassle free return policy with a 100% money back guarantee. Another lie. I returned my bed in April because I didn't like it. I followed all the rules they lay out for you. I was told the money would be credited back to my card in about 14 days. On the 15th day I called and was told my card was no good to give them the number again. I did and was told it would post in a few days. It did not post so I called back. They said they decided to send me a check and I would have it in about 7 days. On the 7th day after our mail came without a check I called. The manager said they decided to credit my card. Remember, they tried this already. I got an email telling me when they tried to credit the money. It was while I was on the phone with them. They said 2 business days and it would be there. I am 2 weeks removed from that date now with no refund and now they are not returning calls or emails either.
I have left bad reviews on their facebook page, and they have deleted them. I have left comments on things, they have deleted them. They are not an honest company.

Although we did attempt to issue the refund twice, it resulted in a processing error in accounting which invalidated the transaction. This doesn't excuse the delay, nor your service experience.
