My husband and I are thrilled with our new SimplyRest bed. Both of us suffer from bad backs which caused my husband to resort to sleeping in his recliner in order to get any rest at all. Now we are together in our new dual king bed and are sleeping better than either of us have slept for years!
Besides having our wonderful new bed, we have been impressed with the follow up by our SimplyRest representative, Matthew. Matthew has been with us from ordering our bed, through the delivery process and beyond. He has been in contact with us and has offered his assistance and his number to call, "Just in case we have any problems or questions."
Needless to say, we are staunch believers in SimplyRest and highly recommend the bed and the great SimplyRest support staff.
