Overall, I am okay with the job they had done. I had my bathroom remodeled: removed wallpaper and painted, removed linoleum and installed tile. I purchased several fixtures and they installed them.
When I requested a quote and they came to the house, it was somewhat pressure-some; "buy now to get this price." I'm not fond of that tactic, but I hired them anyway.
The workers were polite and kept the place clean. I was told it would be a 3-4 day job; instead it was 2 days; however, the 2nd day kept them at my house until 9PM. I did not know they would work that late and in hindsight, it appears they wanted to hurry to finish in the two days.
One small item was left unfinished - the new light switches were not installed. When I called to have this rectified, I was told I would hear back from them to arrange a time for them to install it. Instead, I got a call telling me they came to my house - I was not at home - and instead of arranging a time for them to return, they left the parts at the house for my husband to install! When I came home, I found only 1/2 the parts there - switch plates but no switches. I called back again and was told (again) he would get back to me to resolve this. One week+ later and I have not yet heard back from them. I ended up purchasing my own switches and installing them myself.
Upon further inspection of the job, I noticed several things that were not quite up to par - minor things. I was not motivated to call back considering I have not heard from them about my switches.
As I stated in the beginning, the job is decent and I am happy with my upgraded bathroom.
I rate a 3 because of mediocre communication and what appears to have been a somewhat hurried job.
