I had Silverstar Remodeling do a complete redo on one of my bathrooms in May, 2008. They sat down with my husband and I and explained in detail exactly what they would do and the timeline. Plus, I got all of that in writing. They also made good suggestions for lighting which I hadn't thought of. They started exactly when they said they would and showed up everyday indicated. If there was any delay, someone would call to let us know. When the tile man forgot to add the shower shelf I let them know immediately and they added it the next day. Clean up was sometimes messy but the work was very professional and came out beautifully. We are very pleased with the results. We had several estimates and Silverstar was not the cheapest, but we were impressed with their presentation and the commitment they made to getting our work done right and on time.
