VERY UNSATISFIED/UPSET CUSTOMER ****I AM VERY UNHAPPY AND UPSET WITH THE PURCHASE OF MY 2005 CHEVROLET PICK UP AT THIS DEALERSHIP. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE THEY HAVE VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. MY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM WAS THE PURCHASE OF THIS VEHICLE WITH A LIFT KIT 0N NOVEMBER 2009, HOWEVER I PURCHASED THE EXTENDED WARRANTY FOR OVER OR ALMOST $2,000 DUE TO IT WAS A USED VEH. NOW THAT THIS SAME VEHICLE IS HAVING PROBLEMS AND THINGS ARE GOING WRONG WITH IT THEY ARE STATING THEY CANT FIX IT "THE AGREEMENT EXCLUDES THE REPAIRS DUE TO THE LIFT KIT" IS WHAT I KEEP HEARING FROM ALL SERVICE/SALES MANAGERS BUT NOT ONCE DID ANYONE ADVISE OR WARNED ME OF THIS. THERE IS NOWHERE ON THE CONTRACT WHERE IT STATES DUE TO LIFT NO REPAIRS COULD BE DONE. THIS IS MY 5TH VEHICLE PURCHASE AND I CAN HONESTLY SAY IT HAS BEEN THE WORST EVER SO FRUSTRATING TRYING TO GET IN TOUCH WITH SOMEONE TO HELP AND NOONE SEEMS TO KNOW WHAT TO DO OR HOW TO HELP ME WITH THIS PROBLEM.
PLEASE DONT BE FOOLED BY THIS PEOPLE. CHECK THEIR RATINGS BEFORE.
