I saw an advertisement on the TV about a 30 day trial for only $30 so I went online to order. I received my shipment and on my invoice I noticed that I had another shipment in 4 weeks,which i did not want. So I called customer service and they stated that I signed up for the 90 trial and that she could cancel the membership. Well today 10-2 I noticed a charge on my account for the 2nd shipment, so I called customer service and they said since I hadn't returned the 1st shipment my memebership was still active. The girl said just return this order and we will credit your account minus shipping BUT it takes 6 WEEKS for them to process a return even if I overnight it. The girl keep saying that it states on the advertisement that its a 90day trial, I would have never ordered power for $90 dollars. I also never gave them permission to run my credit card 3 times........I will never to business with this company again. IF YOU HAVE PLACED A ORDER WATCH YOU CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT CAREFULLY, THEY'LL TAKE YOUR MONEY.
