I completed a shop for Service Check Inc. They start their shoppers off at a 1 rating..which is unusual as they have a system of grading from 1-10 and 5 being the middle of the road and I had to complete a shop in order to have my rating changed. I was assigned a shop and it was cancelled after I completed it, due to a subjective reason. Not based on my gathering information properly, but it was subjective to the Operations Director's opinion. She stated my assessment was not accurate, even though I completed the shop as requested and without prejudice. I reported the facts and based on the facts she chose not to pay me for the shop. An employee approached me when I entered the facility and asked if I would put my backpack at the counter, nothing I had control over. She stated that caused attention to me and therefore, compromised the shopping experience. However, she got the information she was looking for via my shop. My assessment was unbiased and she then erased it from her website trying to get rid evidence. Even if she didnt pay it it should have been erased. It should have been graded and it should stay on their website as a non-paid shop.
