I refinanced back in June 2017 with a decent rate. In January 2018 Bruce Edgell called me advising me that he could get me a lower interest rate, of which I chose to take advantage. Every time I had a question he was right there to provide the answer along with an explanation. The notary came to my home to sign the final closing documents and she was absolutely great! I cannot say enough positive things about this company and especially Bruce Edgell. He took all the worries and questions in stride, always either answering the phone or returning my call within 30 minutes. Bruce is a rock star!!!
