My wife and I started working with Fidelity and Secure Audit Group back in November 2010. They did everything they promised they would do. My audit was completed within the first 45 days and they helped me complete my modification a few months later. My lender is Ocwen Mortgage and they are a complete nightmare to work with. I dont know how the processing department at Fidelity Financial and Secure Auditors has the patience to deal with those people. I am very thankful they helped me.
