Wonderful experience. We got a very good price on our purchase, fair value for our trade in, and the work they did on our truck was very good and nicely priced. In addition they gave me about 3 hours of free one on one instruction on how to maneuver a 5th wheel (my previous trailer was a bumper mount). Even after the purchase they made us feel like family.
The closest thing to a "problem" was the mounting plate for the 5th wheel hitch didn't work well on my truck, and they pointed it out and got another mount and installed it all at their cost. Which in my book isn't a problem, it is just plain old good service.
If I'm ever in the market for an RV again, especially a used one they will be my first stop.
