I had fought with BOA to modify my loan for over a year. They would lose my paperwork and ask me to resend certain items. They demanded an outrageous amount of money to get my loan straight and be on track. I did not have that kind of money on hand so I could not comply. They switched me to three or four different loan specialist. Meanwhile my payments were not being accepted and my credit rating was falling. The amount I owed was going up, and by that time I was at the end of my rope. Then, I received a call from Armando. He told me that they could assist me and work with the bank to help get me back on track. While Judi and Amanda were working with BOA to get the loan straight, and had a offer on the table, BOA decided to sell my mortgage. So, we had to start all over again by resending paperwork and so on. I received a call from Judi and she was telling me what had happened and that they were working on getting a deal through the new company. I told them that I had received papers that my home was in foreclosure and it was all because of BOA dragging their feet. Amanda requested copies of everything I was given. Judi assured me that they were going to do something before the date on the paperwork. True to her word, about three months later, I received a call from the new company with an offer I could not refuse. I think that Sanctuary Capital Group did a wonderful job and helped save my home. Once again, thank you Sanctuary Capital Group from the bottom of my heart. I am an extremely happy client.
