We have been dealing with our bank for almost 2 years trying to get a modification. Finally fed up with our bank (Wachovia/Wells Fargo) we seeked some outside help. Came across Sanctuary Capital and made that call. Spoke to Armando and he walked us though what to expect. Then we were assigned to Amanda to help us process our paperwork. Amanda was AWESOME! She was very understanding in such an emotional time, told us everything was going to be okay. After dealing with Sanctuary for only 5 months, they got us into a modification. We are currently in the "trial Period" with our bank. I can't thank Sanctuary Capital enough for the work that they did. They all were very professional, compassionate people who knew what they were doing. Yes, I would refer them to anyone.. Thanks again Sanctuary Captial Group!!
