These guys may have helped a few people, but it only takes one family to get ripped off to invalidate the good they may have done. they told us that it was a 'no brainer' that we would qualify for a loan modification....then they took our $2,000 promised us our money back if they could not help us. now i am paying Dr. bills for breast cancer, my hours have been cut to part time at work and now he disappears with our money and gave us NOTHING in return....does he have a conscience? i don't think so....i dont' wish bad on anyone, but i hope he can feel the guilt of ripping off hard working people.....
