They took my money and made promises of modifying my loan with Chase and jumped ship as soon as all they got my $3600. I have been in the scam since march. I consultanted my mortgage company and they said they haven't even heard from the company. As soon
as my last payment went through, a total of $3600, their phones stopped working and their website was shut down. I was dealing with Lupita Valeriano, Frant Grant, G Butler and a few other scam artists. I will be consulting my attorney to get my money back
and more! Also going to talk to my bank to see if I can dispute the checks. Stay far away from this company as well as any other modification company requesting money for their services. Lesson learned!
