I responded to a TV ad on home modifications. I was contacted by Brian Santos with SBP / NRG and was told by Brian that his company SBP/NRG would modify my home mortgage and get my payment to approx. 50% of what it is now. Brian Santos assured me that he would not take my $2,500 if he could not do it. I paid him $2,500 and became delinquent on my mortgage and have never heard from him again. Somehow he turned my case over to USLMP who has done absolutely nothing for me and I cannot get a response from anyone anywhere on this. Nobody knows who Brian Santos is now. The phone numbers and email addresses provided are invalid and do not work. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SBP/NRG or USLMP, IT IS A SCAM!!!! ZERO STAR RATING
