Currently this company has a rating of "F". I wish I had know this before purchasing a camera from ritzcamera.com. The phone support is all out sourced to India. Cameras have a 10 day return policy. And I am stuck with a camera that was a gift that never worked and they will not take it back. This is the worst customer experience I have ever had. If you like Ritz Camera I highly suggest using a local store because the no tax and free shipping really is not worth the headache you get when trying to return something.
