Resolution Services of Tarzana, CA is a Mortgage Modification Scammer

They will offer to conduct a forensic audit and take only clients that they will be successful with negotiating a modification, since they offer a full refund of their upfront fees. They will take your money and lie to you for months and months. They scammed me out of $1,000 and I now can't get a HARP refinance because I followed their advice and stopped paying my mortgage payments while they "negotiated" with CitiMortgage. They strung me along for six months, until I called CitiMortgage and verified that there was no activity taking place on my behalf. They promised a full refund in May, and as of August 19th I have not seen a dime. Phillip Newman and Susan Miller are conveniently never in the office when I call, and they don't return messages either. Jason Capriotti and Anna Schaeffer are two additional contacts at Resolution Services that also participate in the scam. Don't do business with these crooks. I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau (there are 14 complaints like mine that have been filed in the past 12 months), the California State Attorney Generals office, the North Carolina State Attorney Generals office (where I reside), and emails to President Obama. I am not stopping until I see legal action being taken against each and every one of these individuals. I plan to contact HUD tomorrow to see if they can assist me in taking action against these thugs.
