I rented a home from this company last year, The house was dirty and had molly bolts, dirty carpets, holes in the walls, missing blinds and needed to be painted. I requested them to come out and do a walk through with us because I wanted to documented that we did not do this damage to the house. they refused I hand delivered a letter with pictures to the girl that had been helping us and asked her to put it in the file and requested another walk through again they refused. I assumed the papers were put in the file but according to the bill I received for $1900.00 to clean the house they didn't. I am know left with this money taken out of my deposit when I had not done the damage. don't trust this company. they gave us nothing but greif.

Normally, when tenants do not receive their full deposit back they are upset. But, funds are only held on the owners behalf if damage beyond normal wear and tear was done to the home after move out and we always take into consideration the condition the home was recieved in. Our service technicians all have digital cameras and take hundreds of photos of each property along with a writen review. The tenant is also encouraged to take their own photos and also turn in a walk thru within 3 days of move in. If they fail to do this, we will go by our documentation alone. If this claim was valid, the tenants could have disputed it in court but they did not. This tells me they are just complaining because they left the home damaged and do not want to take responsibility. We have thousands and thousands of tenants and only 1 or 2 compliants which tells me we are doing our job properly.
