Loan paid off with no issues at all

After reading these other reviews I have to shake my head. The reason they give you a hard time is because YOU DONT PAY YOUR BILLS ON TIME. Simple! I signed on to the loan and fully was aware of the unit installed in the vehicle. I had moved out of state
and had fallen behind by a few days trying to catch up after driving and the whole move and was contacted by a customer service rep to find out what was going on. I was only a few days late and she offered to give me a pass to catch up which I declined and
was able to send out the payment the next day. I never received any nasty phone calls from them. Any time I did call in the rep was always polite and decent with me. Even after falling behind on a payment they never marked my credit as derogatory! I assume
they deal with people who are trying to either start over or just have bad credit. I paid my loan in full, my title with the lien release was sent right away with no issues. Thank you Reliant Financial Corporation/Gold Acceptance. Would I deal with again?
Not if I can help it since it is a high interest rate lol Pay your note on time and you will have no issues.
