I have been scammed by this company. They told me they had a buyer and charged me over $2,600.00 up front for 'closing costs'. They said I would be closing in mid June, however, they never called me back. I made multiple calls and they never returned one calls in about 20. There was not buyer, in fact, if a company requests money up front stay AWAY. You should not ever be charged up front.
